Looking for something to satisfy your sweet tooth? Adore desserts, but don’t want to indulge and set yourself back?

When you are chugging along well with our weight loss and don’t want to sabotage it, this is a great little recipe. At only 104 calories, you can easily include this after a light dinner and still stay on track.

Plus, it’s just so easy to make!


Serves 8


Ingredients:

1 x 250g block light creamed cheese

¾ cup (185ml) low fat milk

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

¼ cup Natvia

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

½ cup passionfruit pulp, sieved, plus extra for garnish

7g gelatine (single sachet)

40ml water

Strawberries, for garnish


Method:

1: Place creamed cheese, milk, cinnamon, Natvia and vanilla essence into large saucepan on low heat whilst stirring constantly until sugar is dissolved.

2: Remove from heat and add passionfruit pulp and premixed gelatine and mix well.

3: Place into 8 moulds and chill in refrigerator for 60min to set or leave over night.

4: Serve in the mould or tip them out on a plate and serve with passionfruit pulp and strawberries.
