OnTrack Terms & Conditions

When booking a program or product from OnTrack you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

AGREEMENT FOR PARTICIPATING IN PERSONAL / GROUP STRENGTH, FITNESS AND CONDITIONING TRAINING

The “Trainer” refers to the registered business “OnTrack At Home LTD”. The “Activity” refers to the participation in personal/group strength, fitness and conditioning training and general advises. “You” means you as the person participating in a program provided by OnTrack.

You acknowledge that it is a condition of participating in this activity that you do so at your own risk. You accept all risks and hereby indemnify and release the trainer, their agents, affiliates, employees, members, sponsors, promoters and any person or body directly or indirectly associated with the trainer, against all liability (including liability for their negligence and the negligence of others) claims, demands, and proceeding arising out of or connected with your participation with the activity. This release and indemnity continues forever and binds your heirs, successors, executors, personal representatives and assigns. You acknowledge participating in the activity may involve a risk of serious injury or even death from various causes including: over exertion, dehydration, equipment failure & accidents with equipment and surroundings.

You recognise the difficulties associated with this activity and attest You are physically fit to participate safely in the activity and that a qualified medical practitioner has not advised You otherwise. You understand the demanding physical nature of this activity. You are not aware of any medical condition, injury or impairment that will be detrimental to Your health if You participate in the activity. In the event that You become aware of any medical condition, injury or impairment that may be detrimental to Your health if You participate in this activity Your trainer will be immediately informed. By continuing to participate in this activity, You accept the risks despite these conditions and are still, and will always be under the terms of this agreement.

AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONTRACK PRODUCTS

Upon booking a program at OnTrack you agree to the following OnTrack AT Home Ltd policies and terms and conditions.

Booking & Payments Policy
A £300 per week deposit is required to secure all bookings. Final and balance payments are due strictly 8 weeks prior to your official program start date. Deposits are made by credit card at the time you make your reservation. Final balance payments will be charged automatically to your payment method 8 weeks prior to arrival.

If preferable final program fees can be paid via bank transfer, this transfer must be made with enough time for the funds to show in OnTrack’s account 8 weeks before your program start date.

Cancellation Policy
You must provide 8 weeks notice in writing if you are unable to attend the program date you have been booked into. Cancellation 8 weeks in advance or greater will result in forfeit of the deposit paid. Cancellation between 8 weeks and 4 weeks of your program start date will result in you forfeiting 50% of your total program value. Cancellation less than 4 weeks in advance will result in nil refund. OnTrack At Home Ltd reserves the right to cancel your position in the program at any time should management deem necessary. Any client who cancels their program once it has commenced, either through their own circumstances or under instructions from OnTrack At Home Ltd management, is subject to a strictly nil refund policy without exception.

Re-Schedule Booking Policy
You can reschedule your stay up to 28 days before your retreat is due to commence with a fee of £500. No changes can be made within 7 days of your retreat commencing. If you decide to reschedule your retreat but are not sure of the new start date you are able to place your program on “hold” for 6 months. Once the 6 months has passed you will forfeit any monies paid.

If for any reason any of the guests in your booking become ill, sustain injury or have a medical condition that prevents them from attending the originally booked dates then you are able to reschedule your stay for another date in a 6 month period free of charge.
Your request for a change of date due to medical reasons must be accompanied by a letter or email from your doctor stating the medical issue.

All booking’s are subject to availability. Program Attendance Policy Due to the structure of our sessions it is vital that you do not miss any day or part of your program. If for any reason while on the program you are unable to attend any day or part of a day, we are unable to refund or reschedule any sessions that you miss.

Client Behaviour Policy
Smoking, alcohol, illegal drugs and/or substances are not permitted while attending the OnTrack program at any time. The client is responsible for disclosing any prescription medication they intend to bring with them and is subject to approval by OnTrack management. OnTrack will provide all food and drink items for all guests to coincide with the OnTrack meal plan, therefore guests are not permitted to bring food or drinks into your room. Guests are to respect the privacy of other guests by entering only the room/suite allocated to them. Obscene and abusive language will not be tolerated and all guests deserve to be treated with respect. For the safety of all guests, any guest found using intimidating or abusive language or behaviour will be asked to leave the program and will be subject to our normal cancellation policy above. Only OnTrack weight loss retreat clients who have paid for the program & accommodation are permitted stay overnight in the accommodation. Visitors must be pre-arranged with OnTrack staff.

Accommodation Policy
Clients accept that the OnTrack program is offered out of facilities owned and operated by third parties (including but not limited to our current offerings, collectively known as the “accommodation provider”). Any issues or concerns regarding the facilities (including accommodation) are the sole responsibility of the accommodation provider, OnTrack accepts no liability or responsibility for issues related to the facilities. OnTrack reserves the right to change the accommodation provider to an alternative provider of a similar standard should the current accommodation providers be unavailable. All residential clients will be subject to a security bond payment, which will be paid directly to the Accommodation Provider by way of credit card imprint at the commencement of each respective program. This payment will cover damage or replacement costs associated with each client’s individual room hire and are at the discretion of the accommodation provider of the accommodation. Clients are also responsible for settlement of any amounts charged to their room during their stay directly with the accommodation provider. OnTrack accepts no liability or responsibility over disagreements between clients and the accommodation provider in this regard. Each client will be responsible for additional services such as phone calls, and other services (outside of the OnTrack program content). Individual client accounts will need to be finalized prior to or at departure.

By booking a program with OnTrack You certify that You are 18 years or older and have read these Terms and Conditions and fully understand it OR as a parent or guardian of the participant. You agree to the above for yourself and on behalf of the participant and will indemnify and will keep indemnified any person or body directly or indirectly associated with the conduct of the activity on the terms referred to.

Results Guarantee Policy

Your stay with us is covered by our results guarantee policy.

To qualify for consideration of a refund for not achieving any results with us you must have completed the OnTrack program fully and without exception.

You must have taken part in 100% of the exercise sessions.

You must have completed 100% of all exercises asked of you by the OnTrack staff.

You must have only consumed OnTrack meals and no other food or drink products during your stay.

You must have put full and sufficient effort in to your program which is judged by our OnTrack management team.

You must have not benefited from any physical or mental health and wellness improvements. 

If any of the above apply to the guest in any way, then the results guarantee refund policy is 100% void and rejected.
