Berry crumble

Warm, delicious, packed full of antioxidants and high fibre ingredients. This healthy take on a classic crumble is a lovely treat. Serves 4 @ 168 calories per serve. Ingredients: FILLING 4 cups berries (fresh or frozen) 1 tablespoon honey 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence/extract TOPPING 1/3 cup rolled oats 1/8 cup almond meal 1/8 cup wheat bran 1 tablespoon light margarine softened 1 teaspoon honey 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence/extract   Method: Defrost mixed berries if frozen, or chop up fresh berries (leave whole if small berries). Put aside a small amount of berries to top crumble after baking. Puree 1 cup berries with 1 tablespoon honey. Add 3 cups berries to a baking dish, pour puree mix over the top. Mix together all topping ingredients, sprinkle over the top of the berries. Bake at 160 degrees for ~30 mins (until golden).
