FILLING4 cups berries (fresh or frozen)1 tablespoon honey1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence/extractTOPPING1/3 cup rolled oats1/8 cup almond meal1/8 cup wheat bran1 tablespoon light margarine softened1 teaspoon honey1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence/extract Method:
Defrost mixed berries if frozen, or chop up fresh berries (leave whole if small berries). Put aside a small amount of berries to top crumble after baking.Puree 1 cup berries with 1 tablespoon honey.Add 3 cups berries to a baking dish, pour puree mix over the top.Mix together all topping ingredients, sprinkle over the top of the berries.Bake at 160 degrees for ~30 mins (until golden).
