Vegetarian Pizza!


Less than a third of the calories of a regular takeaway pizza! Only 20 minutes prep time, adjust it to use whatever leftover vegies are in your fridge, and you have a super yummy meal PACKED with nutrients.

Nutrition: Per pizza, recipe makes two pizzas.

8.5g fat (3.4g sat fat)

60g carbs

11g fibre

42.6g protein


2 wholemeal pita/lebanese bread wrap


Sauce: Blend together…

4 tablespoons tomato paste

1 tomato

1 teaspoon chopped garlic

½ red onion’

Sprinkle – paprika, thyme, coriander, salt, pepper (to taste)


Spread sauce equally between 2 wraps, and then add:


Chopped toppings: between two pizzas

1 cup chopped mushrooms

½ red capsicum

2 cups baby spinach leaves

1 tomato (or handful of cherry tomatoes)

1/4 avocado

50g light mozzarella cheese


Bake at 180 degrees in the oven on a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper for 15 mins.
