2 wholemeal pita/lebanese bread wrap
Sauce: Blend together…
4 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
½ red onion’
Sprinkle – paprika, thyme, coriander, salt, pepper (to taste)
Spread sauce equally between 2 wraps, and then add:
Chopped toppings: between two pizzas
1 cup chopped mushrooms
½ red capsicum
2 cups baby spinach leaves
1 tomato (or handful of cherry tomatoes)
50g light mozzarella cheese
Bake at 180 degrees in the oven on a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper for 15 mins.
