Ingredients: 1.5 cups wholemeal flour 1/2 cup light milk 1/2 cup granulated Stevia (natural sweetener) 1/4 cup apple puree 1 tsp bicarb 1 tsp lemon juice 2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp mixed spice 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 egg 1/3 cup sultanas (or currants) bun_ingredients Method: Pre-heat oven to 160 degrees. Mix together all ingredients except the flour and sultanas, mix for 1-2 mins until frothy.
