A  non refundable deposit is taken at time of booking. Full payment should be received 12 weeks before arrival, or shortly after booking if booking within 12 weeks.

Your payment will be charged automatically to your payment method 12 weeks prior to arrival.

All retreats must be paid for before arrival.

You can also use our ‘Lay By’ payment plan service where you pick a date in the future, book your program with a deposit and then pay your balance off weekly or monthly. You just need to make sure its all paid 12 weeks before you arrive. No finance is available.

To protect us and to ensure you follow through on your commitment to attend the retreat you can’t change or cancel your program within 7 days of your start date. In addition once the program has started there are no refunds or cancellations for early departure or if you can’t take part for any reason. If the program has to close due to governmental Covid 19 restrictions then you can rebook the remainder of your stay for another date in the following 24 months. We therefore advise you to take out insurance to cover the full cost of the program to protect you in case you can’t take part for any reason.

You can cancel your program up to 21 days before the start date and receive a refund minus the deposit. Between 20 and 7 days of your start date you can cancel your booking and you will forfeit 50% of the total program value. Changes to dates (subject to availability) can be made up to 7 days of arrival subject to a change fee of GBP 300 per person. In the event of a change you will receive a credit note for us against a future booking within 6 months. This credit will expire 6 months after your original start date. Changes within 7 days of the retreat start date will forfeit 100% of the program fee with no credit note for future use.
