1 x 420g 4 beans mix (red kidney beans, baby Lima beans, chick peas, and butter beans
1/2 cup no added sugar peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup stevia
1 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp oats
2 tbsp shredded coconut
2 tbsp almond meal
3 tbsp cocoa
1: Roughly blend 4 bean mix, add all other ingredients and blend/stir together.
2: Spread into baking paper on baking tray and using fingers, flatten out mix until evenly dispersed around 1-2cm high
3: Bake in oven at 180 for 20-25 mins
4: Let cool completely, slice into 20 portions.
