A sweet and yummy treat that requires no cooking and super easy prep! Perfect as a mid meal snack to keep you full and energised!


Makes 12 balls


Nutrition:

Ingredients

1/2 cup sultanas

2 tbsp natural crunchy peanut butter

3 tbsp desiccated coconut for rolling

1tbsp coconut oil

2 weetbix

2 tbsp cocoa

2 tbsp honey


Method

1: Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

2: Roll into 12 balls, adding extra water if needed.

3: Coat lightly with coconut
