For me the OnTrack experience has been one of the best things that I have ever done for myself in my life. It’s been very positive, and I have had a great outcome and achieved many things that I never thought I could do. What was the best part of the program for you?

It is extremely organised and run by a team of wonderful coaches who are knowledgeable, friendly and very caring. I loved how I get an email each day from my personal coach which motivates me greatly.

As the program progressed, I felt really good about myself, I had lost weight and I felt really positive! I really wanted to do the Ontrack Weight Loss Method as I was feeling really unhealthy, I knew I needed help to get started and believe in myself. How are you feeling now after 3 months on the program?

Im feeling better inside having lost weight, eating good foods, exercising and being outside.
