A 20% non refundable deposit is taken at time of booking. Full payment should be received 21 days before arrival, or shortly after booking if booking within 21 days. All retreats must be paid for before arrival.

You can also use our ‘Lay By’ payment plan service where you pick a date in the future, book your program with a 20% deposit and then pay your balance off weekly or monthly. You just need to make sure its all paid before you arrive. No finance is available.

Day stay programs include all the same inclusions as our residential programs, except accommodation and dinner. Accommodation must be arranged offsite, and dinner for day stay guests is available at extra charge by prior arrangement. Day stay guests are only permitted to use resort facilities during actual fitness class and program timetables. Showers and changing facilities are available for day stay guests.

To protect us and to ensure you follow through on your commitment to attend the retreat you can’t change or cancel your program within 7 days of your start date. In addition once the program has started there are no refunds or cancellations for early departure or if you can’t take part for any reason. We therefore advise you to take out insurance to cover the full cost of the program to protect you in case you can’t take part for any reason.

You can cancel your program up to 21 days before the start date and receive a refund minus the deposit. Between 20 and 7 days of your start date you can cancel your booking and you will forfeit 50% of the total program value. Changes to dates (subject to availability) can be made up to 7 days of arrival subject to a change fee of GBP 450 per person. In the event of a change you will receive a credit note for us against a future booking within 6 months. This credit will expire 6 months after your original start date.
